The Legendary Tigerman

Since you can't talk about rock in Portugal without mentioning Paulo Furtado, The Legendary Tigerman had to be invited to the historic 20th anniversary edition of Rock in Rio Lisboa. With an established career on the Portuguese and international scene, combining genres such as blues, rock, garage rock and punk, the one-man band from Coimbra, who plays guitar, harmonica and drums alone on stage, will bring to Parque Tejo-Lisboa the album "Zeitgeist", released in 2023. For the first time, Paulo Furtado has composed with modular synthesisers instead of guitars, and the album features nationally and internationally renowned artists such as Anna Prior, Asia Argento, Best Youth, Calcutta, Delila Paz (The Last Internationale), Jehnny Beth, RAY, Sarah Rebecca and Sean Riley.
