One of the most iconic and reference in the 80s, they continue to the Portuguese rock scene.
Another unavoidable name in Portuguese music is Peste & Sida. Celebrating 37 years of history in 2024, they were one of the most iconic and reference bands of the 1980s and continue to make waves on the Portuguese rock scene. In 2023 they released their eighth album of originals, "Não Há Pão", and currently have more than 40,000 listens on Spotify. Currently, and after several adjustments to the band's line-up, Peste & Sida is made up of João San Payo (vocals and bass), João Alves (vocals and guitar), Sandro Oliveira (drums and vocals) and Ricardo Barriga (guitar).
