The band became world famous in 1990 with the anthem "More Than Words" and the debut album of the same name, continuing to cross borders and generations to this day. More recently, they came back to prominence after their song "Play With Me" was included in the soundtrack of the fourth season of the series "Stranger Things".

Despite being an international band, they have Portugal in their identity, were it not for Portuguese guitarist Nuno Betencourt. He is joined by Gary Cherone (vocals), Pat Badger (bass) and Kevin Figueiredo (drums), forming an iconic quartet whose songs cut through the very fabric of popular culture. The result is an undeniably successful career that has sold 10 million discs.

After a 15-year wait, finally this year they released the album "Six", showing their dynamic approach in full force. With around 5 million monthly listeners on Spotify, they will be performing on the World Stage on the first day of Rock in Rio where everyone who passes through Parque da Bela Vista can hear this new album, as well as all their other catchy hits. It's going to be a memorable day!
