With over 20 billion streams worldwide to date, Doja Cat's creativity and showmanship as a performer have been praised time and time again for her unique and breathtaking performances on almost every stage of the world's major music awards and festivals.
A Grammy Award winner, she was born and raised in Los Angeles. As a child, she studied piano and dance, with artists such as Busta Rhymes, Erykah Badu, Nicki Minaj and Drake as her main references. The song also made history by reaching number one on Spotify's Top 50 - USA chart; this is the first time in Spotify's history that a rap song by a solo female artist has reached number one on the chart.
